The Holidays are quickly approaching and we have FOUR separate activities or opportunities going on this year during the Holiday Season! Please read carefully through each of them below.
Windrows Giving Tree
This year, Windrows Elementary is again hosting the Giving Tree for our families that may need some extra help during the holiday season.
If you are a family, or know of a family, where at least one child attends Windrows and may be in need, email jonathan_carson@etiwanda.org or nichole_poling@etiwanda.org by Friday, November 22. The administrative staff will be the only ones who know the identities of these families, so please be assured that all information shared will remain confidential.
On Wednesday, December 4, the tree in the front office will have ornaments with non-identifiable information on them. Parents/guardians are welcome to come in before or after school to pick out an ornament (students will not be able to take one without a parent present). Please let Mrs. Poling know the number of the ornament you select so that we can keep track of expected donations.
Please return the ornament along with the unwrapped gift to the front office by Friday, December 13. The gifts will be wrapped and distributed to the appropriate families by December 20. Those of you that have participated in something like this in the past know what a wonderful lesson you can teach your child by giving to others.
Thank you for your support an many blessings to you and your families.

Isaac Strong & Spark of Love Toy Drive
For the past few years, we have collected new unwrapped toys to donate to the Isaac Strong Foundation and our Rancho Cucamonga Fire Department's Spark of Love Toy Drive. Learn about the Isaac Strong Foundation HERE.
Please see the flyer below for more information. You can also click on the flyer to view/print a PDF version of the flyer.
Holiday Boutique
The Windrows Elementary PTA is proud to announce our Annual Holiday Boutique! Holiday Boutique is an event in which students bring a canned food item to exchange for a gift. The gift can be for their parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, or pets. All the canned goods collected will be donated to local charities.
In prior years, we have asked for donated items for gifts, but our PTA budget this year has allowed us the opportunity to purchase some new and exciting giftable items for all ages.
If you would still like to donate, we will gladly accept them, but it is not required. You may drop off your donation items at the office starting December 2nd.
We also need parents to volunteer at the Holiday Boutique to assist with setting up, organizing the boutique, helping the students pick out gifts, and wrapping. If you are interested in volunteering with any of these duties, please scan the QR code below or click on the link below to get on the schedule .
